Hello From Brynn

Hi Everybody,
It's me, Brynn! Mom said it is my turn to say hello. It has been a little while since our last update. Mom thinks we are growing up so fast! We're a lot more interactive than we were even just a couple of weeks ago. We got a balloon for Valentine's Day that Maryn, Leah and I just love to stare at. We also are pretty interested in checking out people's faces. It's so fun to watch them and learn. Our favorite thing though is our fan. Yep, the black ceiling fan. We can't wait to get up in the morning and get downstairs to look at it. It is sooooo cool! It spins and has lights on it...you should come over to see it! It is amazing!

Maryn is still on her monitor. They downloaded it earlier this week and we are waiting to hear an update from the doctor. She has been doing really well and thankfully hasn't had any issues. Leah and I are hoping that soon she will be wire free, just like us!

Mom switched our bottles to brand new ones without something called BPA. We miss the old ones! Since we aren't used to the new ones, it takes a long time for us to feed. (Which mommy and daddy don't like so much in the middle of the night.) Soon, we'll get the hang of it!

We have also moved out of newborn diapers! One to size one. We are such big girls!

My sisters and I are counting down the days until spring! We just can't wait to get outside for more than a trip to the doctor. Mom has basically been stuck inside the house (or at the hospital) since last August. We're SURE going to enjoy this spring and summer! We can't wait!

We love you all so much! Your prayers mean the world to us, and to our mom and dad.
Mom tells us all of the time about all of the people who pray for us.
We're sure lucky girls!

Love, Brynn

P.S. Here are some pictures from today of the 3 of us!

Hello From Maryn!

Hi Everybody, this is Maryn!

Leah, Brynn and I wanted to write to tell you how thankful we are for each and every one of you who check our blog and pray for us.

We love you so much!

Mommy says this summer we will get to get out of the house and meet you! We can't wait for summer! Today I saw our big triplet stroller packed away...a couple more months and we'll get to pull it out to go for a ride!

We had SUCH a fun weekend! Guess what?! We had our first sleepovers EVER! On Friday night, I stayed at Grandma Annette's and Grandpa Mark's. I had so much fun! I stayed up reeeealllly late and Grandma Annette gave me a pedicure! I have pretty pink toes!

On Saturday night we all got to stay over at Grandma Joan and Poppa Jeff's. Boy, did we have a good time singing and playing!

Mom and dad said they had a good time too. They finally got to catch up on some sleep, but they said they missed us a lot!!!

On Friday, Leah had her doctors appointment. It turns out that she doesn't have a hernia, so we are all pretty excited!

Leah bragged that on Friday after her appointment she got to meet some people from daddy's work too. She's so lucky!

I'm really hoping to get rid of my monitor soon too. Mommy calls it my purse since we have to drag it around everywhere. I haven't had any spells in a really long time.I think soon I will be wire free!

We'll it is time to eat, so I better say good night.

Thank you again for all of your prayers.

I love you!

Maryn

Update

It was the girls "official" due date on Sunday. We celebrated with a little Superbowl party at grandma and grandpa's. The girls weren't too into the game...they pretty much slept right through. (just like their mom :)

We had doctors appointments last Friday. Their weights are now up to 8.5-9.5 lbs! They're getting to be big girls! Maryn should be able to come off of her apnea monitor soon. She has been doing really well. I think her last "spell" was Jan 19th. (which she did not need stimulation for) We are hoping to get another week or two in the clear and we will most likely be freed from the monitor!
Leah, the little peanut, most likely has a hernia. We take her into the doctor on Friday to have it checked out and see if she will need surgery for that. Hernia's are more common in preemie babies. Please pray that it is not painful for her, and it will be an easy and quick fix.

Sleep is a hot commodity at the Jonswold's these days. Long gone are the nights of 8 solid hours. :) Our girls are night owls. Here is a little sneak peek at our nightly schedule these days:

10:00 p.m.-Feed
12:30 a.m.-Feed (I have NO idea why they are starving by 12:30 after they eat at 10:00, but they are always looking for food around midnight)
2:00 Feed (sometimes we can push this one a little later!)
5:30 Feed

They are eating about 4 oz per feeding.

I'm learning to live on a minute of sleep here and a minute there. Thank God for volunteers who come over so that I can nap during the day! We also have some night time help a couple of days a week which I don't think we could survive without! We're exhausted, but so thankful to have healthy little ones at home!

I'll post some new pictures soon! We have them on my mom's camera, so I just have to have her email them over so that I can get them up! :)

Have a great week!
